Usage scenario：
The firmware shipped in bulk encounters a bug and needs to be updated. The update program does not want to overwrite the Bluetooth address, frequency offset and other parameters, because the Bluetooth address modification will cause the product serial number to be unable to be tracked. The Bluetooth address and licensekey correspond, and the frequency offset parameters need to be retested after modification.
